Support levels
The service is delivered on a consultancy-led basis with support levels tailored to buyer requirements. Enhanced support options, such as extended hours or prioritised access, can be provided by agreement at additional cost.

PLM Partnership Ltd manages all resourcing for the service. Advisory and assurance activities are delivered by appropriately skilled consultants assigned by the supplier. The service does not include a dedicated technical account manager by default, but a lead consultant or support engineer can be assigned where required, subject to commercial agreement.
