For D&B data via the Data Cloud there is a dedicated site for the API, onboarding and integration, D&B also provides delivery consultants and online training to assist with the implementation. For supply chain mapping, a D&B consultant will work with you to support the ingestion of data, matching to the D&B Data Cloud and unmasking the supply chain.

End-of-contract data extraction
Access to D&B data and enrichment services via D&B Data Cloud will be discontinued after non-renewal. Any D&B data already integrated or exported into your internal systems (CRM, ERP, etc.) before the contract ends will remain in those systems, but you will not receive further updates or enrichment.
Integrations and automated workflows relying on D&B Connect will stop functioning. For data privacy, D&B follows contractual and legal requirements regarding data retention and deletion after service termination.

Configuration and change management approach
Change management policy applies to all technical changes, including hardware, software and facilities. A change ticket is entered into the automated change management system. The ticket describes the change in technical and non-technical terms. The ticket is reviewed by a Change Advisory Board (CAB) at a regularly scheduled meeting.
