Depending on the number of use cases to be implemented, and their complexity, our Data Scientists & Engineers will estimate the duration and costs to progress each use case through our 6 step process. Our Delivery Leads will then provide a number of delivery options depending on required time frames and assessments of project constraints such as data availability, access to key users and subject matter experts.

Our service follows a clear and effective 6 step process ---->
1. Business Understanding --
We work together with you to understand your business and the opportunities to to develop a catalogue of key analytical use cases. We will define and agree the metrics and acceptance criteria for the performance of the AI models (e.g. RMSE, Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Score, AUC) and the AI service (Compute resources capacity, Execution time and schedule, Latency and Throughput, Security and Privacy)
2. Data Understanding --
We review and profile your data to validate the business use case understanding and determine the data requirements required to support each use case
3. Data Preparation --
We prepare your data for training our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Models.
4. Modelling --
We prepare and train our AI Model.
5. Model Evaluation --
We evaluate the outputs and effectiveness of our AI model and loop back to step 3 if the required results are not achieved.
6. Deployment & Support/Integration--
We deploy the AI model into production, integrate the model outputs into the appropriate business applications and process, then wrap around our MLOPS services for ongoing management and optimisation of the AI service. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
- Testing will be performed at Step 5 of our 6 Step Process as described in the Set Up and Migration section. Our models will be assessed against a pre-defined set of performance metrics whilst operating on pre-agreed test data sets. Where the model does not achieve the required level of performance, further data analysis, data preparation and model training will take place. After several testing iterations our process will highlight the natural limits to viable model accuracy based on the quality and suitability of the training data sets being processed.

If deployed into an Amber Labs Cloud Platform the Artificial Intelligence modules will operate as Software As a Service and will be fully managed and maintained by Amber Labs. Terms and conditions of Amber Labs Managed AI Modules can be provided on request.

- Support levels
- We can provide a range of custom support levels ranging from short periods of dedicated support time per day up to 24/7 365 Days per year. The level of support required will depend on the AI Model deployed, which may range from being Batch Orientated to Real Time Operational. It is likely that different AI Models will have differing Implementation patterns, and therefore require different SLA's. The precise level of support required will be defined during the project costing phase. Support Costs will be based on the Service Management Rates detailed in our rate card.
