We understand that effective onboarding is crucial for seamless adoption and optimal use of our platform. Our current approach includes:
Informational Resources: A dedicated webpage and comprehensive PDF guide provide initial instructions and support for self-guided setup.
Collaborative Planning: We engage directly with prospective buyers to understand their unique needs and co-create customised training plans.
Flexible Training Options: We offer remote training sessions, pre-recorded tutorials, and written how-to guides with visual aids to accommodate different learning styles.
Flexible Onboarding Strategy
In collaboration with our customers, we can tailor a comprehensive onboarding plan that may include the following elements:
-Comprehensive Playbook: A playbook outlining best practices for implementation, project management, and clinical engagement resources.
-Train-the-Trainer Model: To support scalability, a train-the-trainer model empowering key users within healthcare organisations to become internal experts.

- End-of-contract data extraction
-
The buyer is the data controller and therefore has the right to access to all data at contract end. Data is transferred securely to the buyer upon request at the end-of-contract.
The data collected and processed within the scope of contractual relationships with us will be deleted upon completion of your request, if necessary after the expiry of contractual warranty and/or liability periods as well as statutory retention periods.
Upon request data is removed immediately from the system, however it will take a maximum of 12 months for this data to become expired from our back-up services. - End-of-contract process
- There is no additional fee for a standard data extract.

- Description of customisation
-
What can be customised:
-Assessment Selection: Clinicians can choose from a library of pre-made templates optimised for various movement types, environments, and clinical metrics (joint angles, range of motion, time, repetitions, gait parameters, etc.).
-Template Editing: Clinicians can modify existing templates, adjusting titles, descriptions, instructions, and the specific movements/metrics to be tracked.
-Bespoke Assessments: Clinicians can create fully customised assessments by uploading their own demonstration videos and defining specific instructions and target metrics.
-Assessment Frequency: Clinicians can tailor the frequency of assessments for individual patients, personalising their remote monitoring schedules.
How users can customise:
Clinicians customise assessments through an intuitive web-based interface. They can:
- Select and edit pre-built assessment templates with ease.
- Create new assessments by providing video instructions and defining tracking parameters.
- Set assessment schedules for individual patients to optimise their care plans.
Who can customise:
Customisation features are designed specifically for healthcare professionals (e.g., orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, neurologists, etc.). This empowers them to tailor movement analysis to their specific clinical needs and patient populations, while ensuring assessments remain evidence-based and clinically valid.
Scaling

- Metrics types
-
We understand the importance of usage metrics for healthcare providers and researchers. MoveLab Connect leverages its data-driven design to provide insights into both patient outcomes and service usage:
Patient Movement Metrics: Clinicians can access detailed movement analysis data (e.g., range of motion, gait parameters, time, repetitions) on a per-patient basis. Trends over time can be visualised through our user-centric dashboard for progress monitoring.
Inherent Usage Tracking: Each patient movement assessment is logged with timestamps, providing inherent data on service utilisation volume. - Reporting types
