The SDM focuses on overseeing service delivery quality and adherence to SLAs, providing an additional layer of service management.

FIT Apprentices: Ergo takes on apprentices in conjunction with Fit ( https://fit.ie/). The Fit apprentices are run in conjunction with ICT associate Apprenticeship and the national Tech Apprenticeship Programme for all tech enthusiasts wishing to pursue a career in the IT sector. In 2022 we took two apprentices and this year we took on a further two in May 2023. They work on site three days a week. A positive result is that one apprentice is now a full-time employee since 2022, working in software development.
Ergo are working with not-for-profit organisations across various social issues, including homelessness, employment and educational support in disadvantaged areas and will target relevant geographical areas as we progress our relationship with UK/NI clients
