This will include the volume of users, amount of data and cloud services required to transition from one public cloud service to another.
Once this is confirmed IT Systems shall calculate a project timescale plan and all associated costings to present to the client.

The IT Systems Cloud Migration Service allows for full unlimited support in the build up, implementation and up to four weeks post migration of all services. This includes telephony, email and remote support should this be required to cover elements to allow for a full migration of all data from one solution to another.
Customers shall receive contact information for a dedicated project manager for the duration of the migration.
