Fighting climate change
Our commitment to fighting climate change is integrated into our operations and consultancy services, ensuring environmental sustainability remains a priority. This is how we contribute to this global effort:
Sustainable Practices: We implement environmentally friendly practices across our operations, including reducing paper use, promoting recycling, and minimizing waste. We reduce our need for permanent offices through remote working policies and making best use of technology, this works to reduce our corporate carbon footprint through reduced asset and travel needs.
Remote Work Policies: We encourage remote work to reduce commuting emissions, leveraging technology to maintain productivity and connectivity without the need for regular office attendance.
Eco-Friendly Travel Policies: For necessary business travel, we prioritize eco-friendly options such as trains over planes for short distances and promote car-sharing and the use of electric vehicles.
Green Procurement: Our procurement policy mandates the selection of sustainable and ethically sourced materials and services. This extends to our suppliers who are also evaluated based on their environmental impact, promoting a green supply chain.
Client Engagements: In our consultancy services, we assist public sector clients in developing and implementing policies that aim to reduce carbon footprints, enhance renewable energy usage, and improve resource efficiency. Our strategic advice supports sustainable development goals and climate resilience.
Employee Engagement and Education: We educate our employees about climate change and sustainability through workshops and seminars. Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas for reducing environmental impact and are involved in community-based environmental initiatives.
Through these initiatives, we not only reduces its own environmental impact but also leverages its influence in the public sector to foster broader changes, contributing significantly to the global fight against climate change.Covid-19 recovery
Our approach to contributing to the national and global recovery from Covid-19 centres around strengthening our internal operations and supporting our employees in ways that collectively enhance broader public health and economic stability. This is how we plan to make an impact:
Health and Safety Protocols: We encourage a remote work first policy, thereby reducing personal contact and subsequently the risk of infection spread. When together at 2Three5 solutions we ensure stringent health and safety of our employees and our clients to maintain personal health standards and also to protect business operations.
Employee Well-being Programmes: Recognizing the psychological impact of the pandemic, we have bolstered our support for employee mental health through expanded access to mental health resources, counselling services, and wellness programs. This ensures our team remains resilient and productive.
Flexible Work Arrangements: We support flexible working arrangements to accommodate the diverse needs of our workforce, such as caregiving responsibilities or health concerns. This flexibility helps maintain high levels of engagement and job satisfaction, which are crucial for sustained productivity during recovery phases.
Continuous Learning and Development: The pandemic has accelerated changes in many industries. We invest in continuous learning and development opportunities for our employees to adapt to new technologies and methodologies, ensuring our team is well-prepared to meet changing demands and recover strongly in a post-pandemic world.
Community Engagement: While focusing internally, we also encourage our employees to engage in community support initiatives, whether through volunteering, donations, or supporting local businesses. This promotes a spirit of solidarity and aids in the broader societal recovery.
By implementing these internal initiatives, we aim not only to protect and empower our own team but also to indirectly contribute to the broader economic and health recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic."Tackling economic inequality
