- When a user purchases Interlinx they will be assigned an Interlinx project manager and technical resource. These resources will conduct requirements gathering workshops with the customer and create documentation outlining how Interlinx will be installed and configured. Interlinx team will then take the site through UAT and into production. Users from the customer can opt to be trained in different levels to administer / configure the solution.
