Footprint-IT provide comprehensive service support including initial triage through to 4th line support problem solving and fault resolution, governed where required under pre-agreed KPI thresholds.
While the vast majority of queries/issues are resolved online, we will provide on-site support as well.
We are vendor agnostic and are able to support any cloud software service, whether it is hosted by the client or a cloud based web service.
Footprint-IT also provides a regular service management report which we will detail key risks and issues, taking ownership of resolving any service-derived issues.
