Customer must provide access to solution documentation, architecture designs, and relevant stakeholders. SbD assurance activities require engagement at appropriate project lifecycle stages; late engagement may limit options. Customer is responsible for implementing security recommendations and obtaining risk acceptance for residual risks. Travel and subsistence are included within M25; outside M25, charged at departmental rates. All consultants are UK-based SC-cleared professionals. Remote delivery standard; on-site attendance for workshops and design reviews available when required. Multi-phase projects may require phased delivery aligned to project milestones.
