- At the start of each DORA support engagement, PGI’s Project Manager (PM) collaborates with stakeholders to define in-scope ICT assets, align on business priorities, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements. Objectives and success criteria are documented for full alignment. Support is structured with an Account Manager (AM) managing commercial aspects and client relationships, and a PM overseeing delivery, scheduling, and quality. A dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) leads resilience assessments, gap analysis, and incident response planning, with backup SMEs ensuring continuity. Technical support is delivered by the SME, guaranteeing accurate, context-specific responses. The PM acts as the central liaison, ensuring clear communication between technical and business teams, alignment on objectives, timelines, and constraints, and rapid escalation and resolution of issues. PMs lead all key meetings—scoping, kick-off, progress updates, and debriefs—provide regular status reports, monitor milestones, manage risks, and ensure findings and recommendations are delivered on time and to PGI’s high standards. This approach delivers actionable insights, prioritised remediation, and a unified view of your operational resilience, strengthening your organisation’s compliance and security posture.
