Appetite has extensive planning, migration and end user engagement practices which are designed to ensure a proportionate response to quality assurance and performance. Where required, we can also support client User acceptance testing needs by providing consultants to perform user acceptance testing management and test analysis in order to guide client teams in the most effective ways to UAT the solution. Each aspect of delivery can be documented and signed off in partnership with the client. We encourage a collaborative approach to project delivery and would require dedicated resources from the client for these stages : - Requirements gathering - Workshops - Requirement and phase sign off - UAT and quality testing Wherever appropriate we take an Agile approach to project delivery to ensure regular feedback loops on delivered functionality against customer requirement.
