End-of-contract data extraction
Users can extract their data using the API integration from Asset Infinity to the user specified system. Users can also download/ extract all the data into excel files
End-of-contract process
At the end-of-contract, all user access will be revoked and data in compliance with GDPR and Asset Infinity customer data retention policy. The user specific instance of Asset Infinity will be destroyed and released resources will be re-purposed as per Asset Infinity requirement. All of this this is included in the price of the contract. Storage of customer data or any other service after the contract period will be an additional cost

Description of customisation
Asset Infinity is Low Code No Code platform, which fully supports Citizen Development. User can customize (configure) any form, report, workflow, approvals, hierarchy, status, field names, additional custom fields, role base access control, tag designs, checklists. In effect, a user has full control to configure the product. The product also controls the user permissions to add, view, modify, and delete through the role base access control feature (RBAC). The RBAC is managed by the buyer System Administrator

If a specific feature or functionality not available in the product but mandated by the buyer, that may entail new development on the product. This additional code deployment is considered as new product customization.

Approach to resilience
Disaster Recovery program ensures that our services remain available or are easily recoverable in the case of a disaster. This is accomplished through a robust technical environment, creating Disaster Recovery plans, and testing.
Asset Infinity maintains a DR in a different Azure geo location. The data in the primary Azure instance (DC) is replicated to DR. Whenever the traffic manager detects a discrepancy in the DC, it automatically re-routes traffic to the DR till such time that the DC is back in action. The Asset Infinity architecture has been configured using Azure’s geo-replication service.
Asset Infinity uses the Azure feature of active geo-replication for disaster recovery and business continuity. Active geo-replication allows a quick disaster recovery of individual databases in case of a regional disaster or a large scale outage. The geo-replication is setup to programmatically to initiate a geo-failover to the geo-secondary in the designated different Azure region.
Asset Infinity recommends using the Azure Always On availability group technology to asynchronously replicate the transaction log generated on the primary to all geo-replicas. While at any given point, a secondary database might be slightly behind the primary database, the data on a secondary is guaranteed to be transactionally consistent.

SIEM collects and analyses the extensive logs and triggers notifications based on even correlations for investigation and response. SIEM alerts also are generated by security incidents or when predetermined thresholds are breached. Asset Infinity’s 24 X 7 Security Team responds to security alerts and events. Communication channels and escalation paths ensure that Operations, Network, Engineering and Security teams triage and resolve security incidents on priority

New product development requirements are created in Backlog as Epics and User Stories for prioritization by the Product owner and Asset Infinity development team. Azure DevOps CI CD build management systems are used to manage Asset Infinity components and track changes to components through their lifetime effectively. Asset Infinity uses GIT for code management and version control.

Redundant firewalls, secure HTTPS transport over public networks, Intrusion Detection and/or Prevention technologies (IDS/IPS) are constantly monitored. Asset Infinity contracts with on-demand DDoS scrubbing providers to mitigate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. Asset Infinity also employs third-party security experts to perform a broad penetration test across the Asset Infinity Production Network. All production network systems, networked devices, and circuits are constantly monitored. Once a potential compromise is identified, Security team goes into high alert and downloads the recommended patches from OEM. Patches are applied in real time as pre-approved Emergency Changes.
