Response times stand at 10-minutes or less.
Tickets received by Me Learning's Helpdesk follow a categorisation procedure and are provided with either Level 1 support (Helpdesk) and/or Level 2 support (Senior Management) where required.
Category 1: Unable to access SCORM files or run products.
Category 2: Bug, or error, discovered that renders the content unusable.
Category 3: Any other issues found within the product.

- Me Learning's e-learning catalogue is provided to customers in the format of SCORM files or SCORM connectors. We provide customers with user instructions via e-mail on how to deploy the content via their chosen method. Once the e-learning has been deployed (via our in-house LMS, Form LMS or via the customer's own learning platform), our helpdesk team are available to provide ad-hoc support through phone, e-mail and video conference (Teams). Customer's are provided with direct contact details to the helpdesk. At kick-off stage, through to go-live and beyond, each customer is also assigned a Me Learning account manager to ensure the success of the contract.
