There are no tiered support options. Each Advisory Service offering, such as assessments, workshops, or operating model and change management design, is priced individually based on the defined scope, duration, and outcomes. Pricing is agreed upfront in the order form or statement of work and is not subscription-based. There are no usage-based charges or ongoing fees beyond the contracted engagement.

Advisory Services do not include a technical account manager, cloud support engineer, or support desk function. Delivery is provided by Qlik advisors and subject matter experts for the duration of the engagement only. Once the engagement concludes, no continuing support or account management is included unless a separate service is purchased.
