Our aim is always to ensure we follow a tried and tested standard across the SDLC such as Delivery at Scale (DAS). We will take a consultative, pragmatic approach throughout our client engagement, considering risk, budgets and timescales and determining the skills and specialisms, the best test techniques and metrics required, whilst supporting a continuous improvement plan. Typical outputs will include artifacts such as project plans and schedules, user stories and requirements, test strategy and cases, approach to automation, tools, release roadmaps, RACI, RAIDs, Acceptance Criteria and Management Information appropriate to various audiences. Customer objectives and vision will remain paramount throughout the engagement.

- We off both telephone and email support as standard. Our UK based teams will usually work on client sites and provide onsite support as standard. Each client will be allocated a named Client Lead as their key point of contact. Basic support is 9 to 5 on working days. Additional support can be provided at the request of the customer, at an additional charge. Escalation during the delivery window will be via the account management, SLA and escalation process detailed per engagement. We are very flexible and always willing to discuss additional client requirements.
