- Setup or migration service available
- Yes
- How the setup or migration service works
- We start by understanding the specific needs and compliance requirements of our public sector clients. Our process involves thorough planning, assessment, and execution to ensure a seamless migration to the cloud or between cloud services. First, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing IT infrastructure, identifying potential challenges and opportunities for improvement. Based on this assessment, we develop a tailored migration plan that prioritises data security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Next, we guide clients in selecting the most appropriate cloud service provider and services that align with their objectives and budget constraints. We facilitate the migration process, handling tasks such as data transfer, application deployment, and configuration. Throughout the migration, we provide ongoing support and monitoring to address any issues promptly and ensure a smooth transition. Our goal is to minimise disruption to public services while maximising the benefits of cloud technology, including scalability, cost savings, and enhanced collaboration. By leveraging our expertise in public sector cloud projects, we enable our clients to achieve their strategic goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Quality assurance and performance testing
- Quality assurance and performance testing service
- Yes
- How the quality assurance and performance testing works
- Our approach to assisting buyers with quality assurance and performance testing involves a structured, comprehensive process: Define Testing Objectives: We collaborate with clients to clearly define what quality means for their specific cloud project, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Develop a Testing Strategy: We create a tailored testing strategy that includes types of tests to be conducted (such as load testing, stress testing, and user acceptance testing), tools to be used, and the testing schedule. Setup Testing Environment: We establish a controlled testing environment that mimics the production environment as closely as possible to ensure that test results are accurate and indicative of real-world usage. Execute Tests: We systematically execute tests according to the strategy, using automated tools where appropriate to increase efficiency and reduce human error. Analyse Results and Optimise: After testing, we analyse the data to identify any performance bottlenecks or quality issues. We then work with the client to refine the cloud setup, adjusting improve performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Following the initiative, many participants go on to find meaningful work with our partners and clients.
• We work with various charity partners to deliver salary negotiation workshops, equipping our community with the means to self-advocate and progress to the next stages of their careers. Our specialised consultants tailor these workshops to the unique needs of underserved candidate demographics. For example, we collaborated with Black Girls in Tech to host a workshop aimed at helping women of colour negotiate better salaries. The evening consisted of roleplay sessions, panel talks from industry leaders, and a live Q&A with hiring managers.
• Of the 877 candidates we placed in 2023, we achieved an average salary increase of 15%.
• We developed a train-and-deploy programme to cultivate a diverse, qualified talent pipeline. Through this method, we identify coachable candidates from underserved communities, train them for technical skills, and place them into inclusive, growth-enabled environments, enabling us to close skill gaps and help our clients meet their diversity goals.Equal opportunity
