Excellence IT's Firewall as a Service (FWaaS) is a complete Next Generation Firewall security service. Based on SonicWALL Firewalls with Advanced Gateway Security Suite features. We provide full deployment, configuration and support for the lifecycle of the product. Virtual SonicWALL Firewalls in Azure environments also supported.

Appliances being provisioned as part of Excellence IT's FWaaS managed services are reviewed for the accuracy and efficiency during and post installation. How the support service works
Excellence IT's Managed Firewall services offers the management of SonicWALL firewall appliances hosted in Azure instances and in private / hybrid clouds.

Service scope

Management and support of our cloud firewall's is enabled over a secure encrypted connection.
Our support teams work Monday - Friday.
Any weekend or on-call can be provided but would be charged at an additional cost.

Support response times
Clients can log support tickets via our 24/7 Service Desk, which provides full ticket(case) management against SLA's. Clients receive automatic updates on progress, in addition clients can logon and view the status of ongoing tickets.

Support service response time varies between 1 hour and 8 hours depending on the severity of the incident. Change Requests fall outside of standard SLA's as they require planning to implement and are risk assessed prior to installation.

Weekend support services are provided at an additional cost.
