- QDC supports Microsoft Planner, Power Platform, and Project Online/Server within Microsoft 365 environments. Customer must provide tenant admin access and maintain required Microsoft licenses. Support covers configuration, integration, and adoption, not custom code development or unsupported third-party integrations. Standard hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30 UK time; out-of-hours by agreement. Data remains in customer’s Microsoft tenant; QDC does not store production data externally. Backup and disaster recovery follow Microsoft SaaS policies. Customer is responsible for governance, approvals, and business process decisions. Additional work beyond agreed scope requires a separate statement of work.
