Flint offers all employees the option to invest in Electric Vehicles (EV) as EV’s significantly contribute to the fight against climate change by reducing the reliance on fossil fuels, a major contributor of greenhouse gas emissions. EV’s operate on renewable energy sources making them a greener alternative than petrol or diesel vehicles. Furthermore, employees are encouraged to use greener transportation such as trains as opposed to driving petrol or diesel vehicles to promote environmental sustainability.

Through these actions, Flint Technology Services not only minimises its environmental impact but also sets a standard for responsible behaviour within the technology sector. Covid-19 recovery

A salary benchmarking exercise was conducted, taking into consideration the nature of each role. Salaries were referred according to either the geographical office location (within M25) or by industry specialism, such as technical roles. Any positions that were identified as falling below the established salary range were granted an additional increase to align them with market rates.

3 years ago Flint introduced an enhanced cost living pay increase to all employees. Since its inception, we have consecutively paid these increases each year. Additionally, we provided all employees with access to an AAG Financial Education package.
