Service scope
- Service constraints
- Service performance depends on access to accurate, timely procurement and contract data supplied by the customer. AI automations require compatible Microsoft 365 environments and appropriate user permissions. Some advanced analytics features may require additional data integration or approval from internal IT teams. Service delivery timelines may be impacted by delayed data provision, restricted system access, or dependencies on third-party suppliers. Continuous optimisation activities are limited to agreed scope and available customer resources for implementation. The service does not replace formal procurement authority or governance responsibilities held by the customer.
