How the planning service works
Headed up by our senior consultants, our multi-disciplined Service Architecture and Design team will undertake analysis of the existing capabilities, processes and workflows, including delivery mechanisms to obtain a view of the existing architecture, acknowledging process strengths and weaknesses. A holistic Service Design will be formed with consideration given to commercials, sourcing, project delivery, process, workforce management and technology. A target operating model and transition approach will be defined focussed on business needs, technical landscape, service and user requirements. We deliver service architectures that are robust, pragmatic, deliverable and relevant to your environment whilst setting a service strategy that supports the overarching business objectives.
