The service is provided subject to buyer access to Salesforce environments, required systems and relevant documentation. Delivery timelines depend on timely buyer input, approvals and availability of data and integrations. Changes outside the agreed scope are managed through formal change control. Service availability and functionality are dependent on Salesforce platform availability and third-party services. Security access is subject to buyer policies and approvals. The buyer remains responsible for Salesforce licences, subscriptions and any legacy system constraints that may impact delivery.
