We will create an “Implementation Map” that serves as a living document that gets refined throughout the life of their project and track to ROI. We will provide comprehensive bespoke training packages to enable users to operate and get the best out of our solutions. Every department and end user, is fully supported on an on-going, and, as and when needed basis. Each department and area, is competent and satisfied to sign off as capable, before moving onto a new focus area. By running a variety of manual and automated tests while modules are in development/deployment. Generally there is a sandbox or test server environment. The goal is to try and break the product or force it to malfunction, following scripts etc. As a critical step within the IT Change Request process, all system projects will require robust quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy and completeness of the design and execution of the system change. Any material findings through this process must be adequately addressed and approved.
