Although we are a start up services provider, we are committed to promoting net zero as far as possible along with reducing other environmental impacts e.g. plastic consumption.
This goes beyond our individual actions and is included in our services.
A example would be through our influence in client projects such as helping a public sector client reduce print consumption.
Our company is formed with the key principle of addressing total cost of ownership including all costs and impacts.
When sourcing our own products or services net zero and other environment impact is an assessment criteria.
Although there is no replacement for face to face engagement with clients, the Directors also keep commuting to a minimum and operate the business remotely using shared or flexi office space where required to keep our impact to a minimum.Tackling economic inequality
As a micro start up organisation we are currently building our plans to help in this space. We believe that building an organisation of diverse individuals will be beneficial for both the individuals and our clients.
A range of backgrounds including those who have faced barriers to employment gives a breadth of experience within the organisation. Experience within the workplace has value but so does experience in life including how to address challenges on a day to day basis.Equal opportunity
