Service scope

Service constraints
The CTEM service is delivered as a cloud-hosted SaaS platform and requires stable internet connectivity and supported web browsers for access. The service does not replace existing security controls but complements them. Data accuracy depends on the quality and timeliness of source systems. The platform does not perform intrusive exploitation without prior customer approval. Service availability is subject to agreed maintenance windows and third-party cloud provider dependencies.

Web chat accessibility testing
Our web chat support has been tested extensively to ensure accessibility for assistive technology users. We conducted trials with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and voice recognition tools to confirm that all chat functions, initiating a conversation, receiving responses, and accessing attachments or links, are fully operable without a mouse. Contrast, font size, and color schemes were evaluated to ensure readability for users with visual impairments. We also tested compatibility with popular assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver, confirming smooth interaction with no loss of functionality. User feedback sessions were conducted with participants relying on these technologies to identify potential barriers, which informed refinements to our interface and messaging flow. Additionally, we validated that chat notifications, alerts, and response indicators are accessible through auditory cues and screen reader announcements, ensuring users receive timely updates. Our goal is to provide an inclusive, seamless experience so all clients can access web chat support independently, efficiently, and confidently, regardless of their abilities or assistive tools. Continuous accessibility testing is part of our service improvement cycle to adapt to new technologies and user needs.
Support levels
Our CTEM service offers tiered support levels to meet diverse client needs:

Standard Support: Available 24/5 via email and web chat, providing prompt responses to general queries and minor incidents. Included at no additional cost.

Premium Support: 24/7 coverage with faster response times for critical incidents, including phone support. Provides proactive guidance and incident escalation. Pricing depends on organization size and environment complexity.

Enterprise Support: Dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) or Cloud Support Engineer assigned to each client. Offers personalized guidance, quarterly reviews, and strategic security recommendations.

Cost is tailored based on scope, number of assets, and SLA requirements. All support levels include access to knowledge bases, product documentation, and regular updates. Critical security incidents are prioritized across all tiers, ensuring rapid detection and remediation. The dedicated TAM or engineer acts as a single point of contact, helping clients navigate complex multi-cloud environments and integrations, optimize CTEM deployment, and address any technical challenges. Our approach ensures flexibility: clients can start with Standard Support and upgrade to Premium or Enterprise as their needs evolve, balancing cost with enhanced service and personalized technical guidance for proactive, resilient threat management.
