Detailed Solution Design
This will be developed iteratively and collaboratively during Sprint Cycle Analysis and Design within the Agile Execution Phase to produce Requirements Design.

WR include system configuration and customisation training delivered as part of the project delivery process.
Full system configuration and customisation training will be provided as part of the project delivery process. The training is delivered on a ‘train the trainer’ basis to allow knowledge sharing to flourish across the buyers organisation. Skills transfer would also be encouraged during the project to ensure that the buyer can be self-sufficient.
This enables buyers to manage and evolve the CRM solution in the future without the need to engage IBM. As Dynamics 365 is a COTS (commercial off the shelf) product, a range of third party training providers are also available.
IBM include training manuals as part of the training and documentation process. Training resources can also be embedded within Dynamics 365, including contextual help and hover text.
