How the planning service works
We undertake a detailed Discovery with the business and the end users in order to identify the current ways of working, challenges and define the organisation's vision for achieving successful long term change. These insights enable us to identify the core O365 tools that can resolve the current barriers and quickly achieve the desired ways of working. During discovery we will also identify the core messaging and change process that will ensure end users are aware of the new technology implementation and understand the benefits to them of using it.

We review your organisation's technical readiness, conduct user and stakeholder research and deliver creative concepts and workshops.

Based on information gathered in the discovery we will work to create detailed Change strategy and plans to outline the recommended approach for successful adoption of O365.

How the training service works
We provide training that is targeted at multiple user bases such as end users, site and content owners, leaders, PA's and IT support. We focus on providing training at the point of need through the creation and hosting of materials such as gifs and short videos in a defined place, meaning users can access materials when they need to. In addition we run in person and remote training for the larger audience groups and 121 coaching with project stakeholders, champions and sponsors.

In parallel to our technical migration offering, we support technical migration activities by engaging key senior stakeholders and providing targeted communications and training to site/content owners. Our offering includes communications planning, copy writing and delivery. The focus of these communications is to ensure the site or content owners understand how their site/ content has been categorised, what this means for them, what actions they need to undertake and when. We also plan and deliver T-minus communications as a count down for the content owners towards the migration of their sites week by week.
