Pragmatics 3D is a company that specialises in providing cloud project management services for policing clients.

We help our clients set up and migrate to secure cloud platforms . We use cloud platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint powered by Azure, Teams and Glasscubes, which offer cloud collaboration features such as secure document sharing and general communications. These platforms enable our clients to work more efficiently, communicate more effectively and collaborate more seamlessly across different teams and locations. We also provide training and support for our clients to ensure a smooth transition and a successful adoption of the cloud services, in addition to training on cloud based project management tools. This includes setting up collaborative space between us and the buyer. Additionally, we have a fully NPPV3 and SC vetted team , all equipped with CJSM emails, meaning we can help our clients migrate to the cloud with fast mobilisation. In addition to this Pragmatics 3D that all data protection precautions have been taken with Pragmatics 3D holding both cyber essentials and cyber essentials plus .which are schemes supported by the UK government, NCSC ((National Cyber Security Centre), and administered by IASME Consortium, illustrating our commitment to data protection and GDPR.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
As a project management consultancy, we ensure that our projects meet the agreed standards, specifications, and expectations of our clients. Quality assurance (QA) is a continuous process that involves planning, monitoring, reviewing, and improving the project throughout its lifecycle. Using methods such as Plans, Quality control and Quality improvement.
In addition to conducting QA of our own projects, we also quality assure the work of others (inflight projects). We provide independent and objective assessments of the quality of external projects that we are involved in or contracted to review. We follow the same QA methods as described above, but with a focus on evaluating the compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency of the project against the established standards, specifications, and expectations. We provide constructive and actionable feedback and recommendations to the project owners and managers, and we support them in implementing the necessary improvements.

Pragmatics3D uses cloud based tools to support a range of P3M services, and as such does have the ability to provide ongoing support, access to cloud systems and data hosting depending on the nature of the engagement.

Pragmatics3D recognises that the delivery of its operations impacts on the environment in a number of ways, for example, through the generation of waste and the use of energy for heating and lighting. Through a commitment to continuous environmental improvement, Pragmatics3D’s aim is to ensure that its business operations are undertaken in such a manner as to have minimum impact on the environment.

Pragmatics3D is currently a tenant of Lincoln University and operates from its premises in Enterprise Building, Lincoln University is certified to ISO14001 for environmental management and ISO50001 for energy management and is committed to minimisation or operating energy consumption and scope 2 & 3 emissions. This includes the Sparkhouse building. To that end, Pragmatics3D is not directly responsible for energy consumption in rented accommodation however, Pragmatics3D is aware of its own responsibilities in terms of environmental improvement and has produced its own Sustainability Policy to run alongside that of Lincoln University.

Pragmatics3D encourages its employees to act sustainably by providing staff with stainless steel reusable water bottles and removing the need for single use cups for hot drinks by providing mugs in the office. Waste generation is minimised by removing individual waste bins and encouraging the use of centralised waste, composting, and recycling bins. Staff are aware of reducing energy consumption in the office by ensuring lights and heating/air con are switched off when leaving a room, PCs and monitors are turned off when not in the office. Staff also have access to electric vehicle charging points on site at Enterprise Building.

Pragmatics3D ensure we are engaging with suppliers who share a commitment to sustainable practices. And we provide extensive training internally and to our clients to ensure optimum usage of technologies that not only improve efficiency but also contribute to ensuring achievements of net zero targets.

Covid-19 recovery

We are constantly assessing the current and potential impact of Covid-19, aiming to deal with the changing crisis. Our main priority is the health and well-being of all individuals, with all of our employees now having the option to work remotely or from home. We've introduced online collaboration tools to keep business operations smooth and are dedicated to ensuring the safety of everyone while also meeting our customer service responsibilities.
