• How the planning service works: We operate a 3 phase approach to the creation of AI adoption strategies and roadmaps comprising the 'discover', 'define' and 'deliver' stages. This enables us to establish a detailed understanding of the status quo with the organisation which we use as the foundation for developing the strategy. The discovery phase comprises stakeholder interviews, data review, operational review governance review, technology review and regulatory review. We then define a set of objectives, enablers and specific actions to form the structure of the strategy. This is then delivered through the implementation plan.
