Where application data is on-site or siloed in cloud applications, Codestone's Data and Insights support offerings allow the cloud analytics services to reach across data sources.

This will sometimes be via gateways installed remotely or on-site; in other scenarios, it may require replicating data in alternative data platforms such as Microsoft Azure or SAP Dataverse. Either way, Codestone will work to design, architect, acquire and maintain such solutions as they are required, which will be dependent on the customer's own infrastructure. In most cases, Codestone supports using the customer's existing infrastructure, but where this isn't available, or viable, alternatives can be sourced, including Codestones own private cloud offerings.

Part of the data strategy is based on data performance. How the processes of moving data around the organisation currently operates and looking for evidence-based improvements. Asking questions similar to, is this documented, do people within the organisation know how the data impacts the organisation, does the infrastructure allow for good data quality allows us to describe the current effect of data quality.

By following the data through the organisation, having workshops, and reviews, Codestone builds a picture of an organisation's overall Quality around data and then uses its knowledge to judge its own improvements and recommendations.

Once an analytics solution is in place, practicality is ensured through real-world performance tests. These tests, which include load-testing and end-user testing, are designed to verify that the data is actionable, visible and usable within reasonable time frames. DSCallards rigorously tests its processes and those of its customers with these real-world performance scenarios.

Codestone supports all the software and services it manages and implements. We offer a 24/7 helpdesk with a three-tier support team.

There are three service levels with increasing levels of additional value. Our support contracts are product specific but at the base level are all fully service ticket lead.

We provide a customer portal with access via all major channels, such as telephone, email, and social channels; service level agreements based on customer requirements; and features such as software update notifications and impact analysis. All support contracts come with monthly reporting and a dedicated team focused on customer success.

Support levels
Codestone has a fully functioning and dedicated support team and support systems in place. They cover all aspects of the services we undertake, whether that is software, implementation, bespoke development or consulting.

We offer three service levels with increasing additional value Plus, Advanced and Enterprise. Each level adds additional functionality and features starting with basement, which covers 12 x 5 support, and standard SLA’s for response and resolution times along with both incident and escalation management.

Our ticket management system allows tickets to be created, reviewed, updated along with escalation. Support can be accessed via email, telephone, chat, and through our online portal.

We provide a comprehensive knowledgebase and if you purchase our highest support level you will be able access support 24 x 7, receive wide-ranging ‘how do I’ advice, proactive monitoring of your installation where appliable, an assigned customer value team along with training and strategic best practice reviews.

All Codestone support offers 3-tiers, support desk engineer, senior support desk engineer and senior consultant. Costs are based per user and are reflective of the support required calculated from the project scope.
