Working on this projects will allow us to promote and share these best practices, including our D&I toolkit, DevOps resources for promoting accessibility, courses, web accessibility certifications, and learnings from our internal lived experience diversity and inclusion working group. This will encourage in-work progression for those from disadvantaged or minority groups, by developing new skills to help tackle online VAWG, misogynistic discourse and gendered disinformation.Equal opportunity
PUBLIC adopts inclusive and accessible recruitment practices by using CV-and-name-blind recruitment (using hiring software Applied). We also aim to attract talent from diverse and under-represented backgrounds, by providing rolling internships through partnerships with Weareonetech and #1000blackinterns- two organisations collectively offering 3000+ internships annually to underrepresented groups.
