As part of your Cyber Incident Exercising programme, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who will act as your strategic point of contact throughout the engagement. They will ensure the exercise is aligned with your organisational objectives, existing incident response framework, and wider resilience strategy.
Your Account Manager will assign an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all operational aspects of the exercise. This includes scheduling planning sessions and workshops, managing stakeholder communication, overseeing logistics on the day of the exercise, and ensuring all deliverables remain on track.
To design, facilitate, and evaluate the exercise, we will also allocate a specialist Cyber Incident Response Consultant. With deep expertise in incident management, threat scenarios, and crisis‑response best practice, the consultant will develop realistic exercise scenarios, lead the facilitation on the day, observe participant decision‑making, and produce a detailed post‑exercise report with actionable recommendations.
This structured support model—strategic oversight from your Account Manager, disciplined coordination from your Project Manager, and expert facilitation from a specialist Consultant—ensures a high‑quality, realistic, and impactful cyber incident exercise designed to strengthen your organisation’s preparedness and response capability.
