Service scope

Service constraints
Delivery is subject to pre-agreed scope, scheduling and resource availability. Remote delivery is standard, with onsite attendance available by agreement where required.

Successful delivery relies on the client providing timely access to relevant stakeholders, information, systems, tools and environments, along with any necessary approvals.

Where security clearance or onboarding is required, commencement may depend on completion of client processes. Any use of subcontractor support would only occur with prior client agreement.

Service levels, working hours and response times will be agreed during engagement and may vary based on the nature and complexity of the assignment.

Support levels
Confi Consultancy provides delivery support aligned to the needs of each engagement. Support is delivered directly by an experienced senior consultant, acting as the primary contact throughout the assignment.

We offer flexible support levels based on client requirements, which are agreed during onboarding and documented within the call-off contract.

Standard support is provided during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00). Out-of-hours or extended support can be provided by agreement and may incur additional cost, depending on the level of service required and the urgency or nature of support needed.

As our services are consultancy-led (rather than software or managed support services), we do not provide tiered technical support levels such as Bronze, Silver or Gold by default. However, enhanced support arrangements, including increased availability, accelerated response times, or additional reporting and governance, can be provided if required and will be priced accordingly.

A dedicated delivery lead acts as the client’s primary point of contact for all support matters. Where specialist expertise is required, Confi will coordinate additional support with client approval. We do not provide a technical account manager or cloud support engineer as part of this service unless explicitly agreed.
