MyConsole shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to make the Services available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week, except for: 1. Planned maintenance carried out during the maintenance window of 22:00 to 02:00 UK time; and 2. Unscheduled maintenance performed outside Normal Business Hours, provided that myConsole has used reasonable endeavours to give the Clients at least four (4) Normal Business Hours’ notice in advance.
