Onboarding and offboarding
- Getting started
- Firstly, Quadris would need an initial meeting with the client to determine and capture their requirements, and to complete an onboarding document. Using this information Quadris would help design a bespoke solution using the FortiWeb Cloud to determine the correctly sized virtual appliance and licenses, and the best location for these, we also need to assess the current bandwidth links to make sure they are sufficient for achieving the customers requirements. Once the solution has been signed off by the customer, Quadris will initiate a post sales project implementation process. This would involve all of the relevant stakeholders from both Quadris and the customer. During this project phase, all roles, responsibilities, training requirements, documentation and service transition processes will be actioned. The end users will be given access to the Quadris customer portal for logging service requests and trained in its use before the service goes live.

- End-of-contract data extraction
- Once the license on the virtual appliance expires there will be no further updates or support. Logs, configuration data, backups, and documentation can be either be handed over to the customer or destroyed in a secure way.
- End-of-contract process
- The customer will own the firewall devices at the end of the contract. Quadris will remove the monitoring, centralised deployment and analysing software as part of the decommissioning process which is free of any charges. As well as transferring over any data or documentation relating to this service stored by Quadris, also without any additional costs. If the customer wishes to purchase extended FortiGate software and hardware maintenance in order to keep the equipment in service then this would be chargeable and costs will vary at the time. Quadris support will also cease at the end of the contract and any additional work not mentioned above after this will be chargeable at the daily rate at that given point in time.

This system automatically detects attempts to use the system maliciously and blocks and alerts automatically. We also subscribe to RSS security feeds from NVD to alert on relevant software solutions used in our cloud Alerts are sent directly to our SoC with <15m response to take appropriate action.
- Incident management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Incident management approach
- Quadris operates an Incident Management (IM) process for failures or degradation to services, aligned to the ITIL standard. Our IM process includes impact analysis to determine the severity of the incident which has SLA backed response times. Where the cause of an incident is not diagnosed within 30 minutes the incident is automatically escalated to our incident escalations team with senior technical expertise in the related technology. Our IM process includes steps for developing workarounds to protect customers mission critical processes, including invocation of disaster recovery services and post incident review.
