How the planning service works
We use a methodical and proven set of steps to support implementation. We start with user persona definitions (who your users are), common user needs, and common use cases. From this we map out user flows backend and data flows (to ensure data privacy, and to show which third party cloud providers will be used). We then build prototypes for user testing. We then iterate several times before a final product is ready for QA, testing and comprehensive client testing and training on the product, prior to launch, to ensure no client questions are left outstanding. All client account permissions and logins are shared. We then test with a small test group which provides more feedback prior to full launch. Further iteration follows, then further QA testing, then final deployment. Throughout the process the customer is fully consulted, we use workshops, daily communications and regular reviews to ensure feedback is received and acted upon.
