Customers can contact our support desk by email, telephone or via our call logging system. Support is available daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm, weekends and bank holidays excluded. Remote support is provided free to all customers who have a current software support agreement with us. On-site support is available on an adhoc basis and at additional rates. SLAs are provided to customers based upon time taken for response and the severity of the request. Priority 1 tickets have a response objective of 2 hours during weekdays. A Managed Service is also available.
