Encordia can help drive the transformation delivery by forming a comprehensive delivery plan. Through interviews, workshops and desk-based research, we will assess the situation and build a plan with you.

As part of managing the transformation to the Cloud, we can undertake, or support your teams in performing, training needs analysis and prepare a training plan to underpin the transformation. The training needs analysis will include the skills and behaviours required for implementation of the change within the business and critically ensuring the business is able to provide effective and efficient on-going support. Encordia can also provide Leadership, Delivery and Change coaching as part of skills transfer. In addition, we can assist the delivery teams in evaluating potential training suppliers.
Our preferred approach is, where possible and appropriate, to partner with your business and work closely with the delivery professionals in your organisation, performing on-going knowledge transfer throughout the delivery. The coding bootcamps are in Norwich, Cambridge, Hull and Liverpool and are through a partner company, Tech Educators Ltd. Tech Educators actively work with DWP and local councils to secure those from deprived areas who are interested in a career in software development and technology to achieve a future in software development.
Creating new skills in a high growth industry with mass skills shortages: Encordia is committed to the Tech Educators model of taking individuals from a position of being ready to work building the necessary tech skills ready to work in industry, to a place of ready to contribute.
