Exponential-e provides the dedicated backup appliance as a 24 x 7 managed service. We will manage the appliance health, software upgrades and availability on an ongoing basis.
The Buyer will be responsible for all backup jobs, remediation and policy management.
We provide a managed backup service whereby we undertake management, remediation and policy management for protect items. This is provided within our Flex Manage Service offerings as a supplementary service. - Support available to third parties

- At the end of contract the customer can choose to transfer title of the asset to their control, or Exponential-e can securely dispose of and destroy all data. Data Domain can optionally be presented at an alternative backup product to allow for visibility and transfer into a new environment.
