Support levels
Typically priced to start at £25,000, Strada can provide baseline Change Management support aligned to Workday Launch, designed to establish the core foundations for adoption. This level of support is typically delivered over 4–6 weeks and includes up to three facilitated workshops.

Baseline support includes:

Change Management kick-off workshop and definition of a Change Strategy aligned to Workday phases

Stakeholder identification using Strada templates with facilitated discussion

High-level change impact assessment

Communications and training planning

Sustainment discussion and provision of a sustainment template to support post-go-live adoption

Our recommended approach may vary depending on the deployment and organisational needs. Support may span several weeks or extend across the full duration of a Workday programme and may include, in addition to the above, the following:

Development of a formal Change Vision and adoption success measures

Communications production and delivery (e.g. colleague communications, leadership messaging, infographics, posters)

Production and delivery of training for HR and/or payroll professionals, including classroom-based training, videos, briefings, facilitated sessions and demos

Change network design and ongoing support

Increased sponsor coaching and engagement activities

We will plan and price a bespoke solution on either a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis, dependent on scope, delivery duration, and change complexity.
