Our planning approach is simple and follows the following stages:
1) The Vision
2) Engage
3) Design
4) Delivery
1) First we capture 'The Vision'. This typically includes business needs, known requirements and target outcomes from internal project stakeholders in order to understand the context of the project.
2) Next we 'Engage' with representative groups of stakeholders, both internal and external as appropriate and capture their requirements as well as feedback on the 'Vision'.
This usually takes the form of

3) During the 'Design' phase our consultants finalise a high level Solution Design Document that includes core system architecture and licensing requirements as well as high level user stories or themes to be explored in more detail via the agile delivery process. 4) Our 'Delivery' phase takes the Solution Design Document as the starting point for sprint planning.
