Through HS Infra’s UKAS certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System, we can assure all our clients of consistent delivery of high – quality service provision. This enables us to ensure that our internal and client facing business process, which are all fully ITIL V3 compliant, provide maximum benefit to our clients, staff, partners and stakeholders.
All of the installed services are fully and rigorously tested with all cables tested using our Fluke Networks model DSX 5000 CAT6/Class Fa, with a hard copy of the results being provided to the client as part of the ECR Part 4 submission. All test data is retained by HS Infra in a secure data repository for 12 months.
