Support levels are agreed with clients and are offered on a tiered basis of Gold, Silver, Bronze service, in line with client needs. Pricing for the service is variable based around the specific support model and technical requirements of the client environment. Fighting climate change

Logistream endeavours to ensure all our services align with industry best practices. We are aligning our services with Cloud Computing and are in the process of being fully cloud based. With such replacements of physical hardware and connections, we have significantly reduced our carbon footprint, energy consumption and wastage.

Covid-19 recovery

During Covid 19 phase, we moved all our staff to remote working, all the necessary equipment and resources, from laptops to monitors that were essential for their work where moved to their home. As part of ways of working, we were already collaborative environment, which made the transition easier for us as a business and for all our clients.
We have now moved to a hybrid-working model and the option to come into the office if there is a requirement
