For new cloud users coming from a different product all together; The approach will be to carry out a full set of data migration activities. This is then reconciled and tested to ensure that all data has been carried over and the integrity of the data is solid.
For new cloud users coming from a non-cloud system; The initial plan would be to take a database restore and migrate this to the cloud, a full set of reconciliations and tests are then carried out ensuring that the database is in a fit state to function.

Testing is the upmost import stage of your implementation and upgrade.
After build activities have been completed, our consultants will carry out an independent system test to ensure that the system hangs together as it should. To ensure the system is fit for purpose for the organisation, we will encourage and support a full set of user acceptance testing with real working scenarios.
We will engage with all key stakeholders to ensure that they are comfortable with the testing scenarios, and report on progress made and any potential issues found.
A defect management and deployment strategy will be in place to support the testing process.
