Service scope

Service constraints
This service is delivered remotely, with on-site workshops available if required. We may need access to your hosting environment, WordPress installation, documentation, user roles and governance materials to plan and configure the multisite setup. Timelines may be influenced by network size, number of sites, legacy data and stakeholder availability. The service includes multisite configuration, shared content modelling and required technical setup, but does not include large-scale redesigns or full content rewrites. Additional features or major extensions identified during delivery can be scoped separately. We will highlight limitations early and agree the best way forward.

Support levels
All support levels include access to our ticketing system, a named expert familiar with your multisite setup, and specialist input as required. Support for this service focuses on clarification of multisite architecture decisions, governance models, shared content structures, permissions and network-level configuration guidance.

Core Support covers day-to-day clarification and follow-up queries during the working week (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). It’s a good fit for organisations that need steady, reliable access to advice with clear response times.

Enhanced Support provides quicker responses, priority access to specialists, and structured guidance when refining governance models, validating multisite assumptions or planning changes, including a quarterly check-in if required.

Premium Support offers extended availability, faster response times for critical multisite queries, an emergency out-of-hours contact for governance or access-related blockers, and monthly review sessions to support more proactive oversight.

We can tailor any support level to suit your organisation and how you work.

Ongoing platform maintenance, routine WordPress updates, content changes or unrelated site support are not included within this service and can be provided separately under a managed support agreement if required.
