Support for Juggl clients is provided by phone and email. Support calls can be monitored within our online helpdesk system. Our standard support service is included within Juggl Desks fees. A dedicated Account Manager is also provided.

Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
The set-up for Juggl Desks is completely self service and anyone can create their own workspace at juggl.co.uk. Users are guided through the set-up process and can quickly and easily create their own workspace structure.

Quick start video guides are available to help with the set-up process and can be found on the support page of our website at https://juggl.co.uk/support/.

Once a workspace has been set-up, administrators can send a unique joining link to their colleagues, which enables them to quickly create their own account and join their company workspace.

If users encounter any problems during set-up, our support team are on hand to help them through the onboarding process.

End-of-contract data extraction
There are no user export options, but Sorce can provide an extract of all data if required.
End-of-contract process
Sorce would disable the client's workspace within Juggl Desks and will delete this at an agreed time within 90 days of the contract end date.

Juggl software products run on Microsoft Azure services. Azure App Service guarantees 99.95% availability, Azure Storage and Database both guarantee 99.99% availability. Sorce does not offer refunds in the event that Juggl Desks is unavailable due to Azure outages.

Component changes follow our internal change management process, through Azure DevOps. All component and configuration changes go through a pre-production testing and validation process, before being promoted to the production environment. All changes are reversible.

We perform internal penetration testing at least every 6 months. We use a suite of penetration testing products which identify any vulnerabilities indicating their severity. We log any issues as product bugs and prioritise their resolution based on the severity level. We can deploy patches as quickly as within the same day.
