Fighting climate change

We recognise that we have a part to play to fight climate change. To this end, we have begun the process to assess the impact our operations have on the climate.

In line with that exercise, we have started to identify areas where we can reduce emissions. So far that has led to the increased use of solar power, an investment in electric vehicles, us signing up to electricity sourced from green energy, and a reduction in the need for our team to visit our offices daily.

Once we have measured the impact our current activities are having, we will put further plans to place to lower our impact. In time, we envisage looking at offsetting any impact we can't be reduced to zero.

Tackling economic inequality

Where others look to outsource commodity services to distant geographies, we have recognised our responsibility we have to employ local people within the UK.

To this end, we create employment and training opportunities for our diverse workforce, closing skills gaps and helping lift our team's earning potential through recognised educational pathways, such as apprenticeships.
