Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
- Client account is created by Super Admin (Quantum Health Solutions)
- Trust admin accounts are created by the Customer with log ins and user ID's
- Trust admin log into software platform and create a Vaccination campaign for their organisation.
- 5 days of on site support for training on the software is available to all clients. Additional days of support are available as required
- On line training and videos are available as back up support for clients

End-of-contract data extraction
- All data is held on UK mainland approved and compliant servers (Microsoft Azure for Healthcare)
- When the software licence agreement ends clients can download all data from the software to local storage and then all data held by QHS is erased.
- Proof of data destruction will be supplied by QHS to clients
- Software will be inoperable at the end of the contract period
End-of-contract process
No additional costs, access to the software platform is turned off for Trust administrators and user accounts closed.

Clients can configure email and SMS message content through the software to adapt communications to the tone that is appropriate for the workforce group.

The software can be configured to manage workforce groups individually and prioritise how they are 'called' for vaccinations.

Clinic structures are configurable so they are visible to different groups during the campaign.

All configuration of the software is controlled by the designated Trust Administrators.
