We aim to be an exemplar in the SME sector and continually strive to inspire customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to consider their environmental impact at every opportunity. Logiq Consulting intends to be a carbon-neutral company by 2024 and our corporate vehicle fleet is and will continue to be hybrid or electric powered.
We have committed to:

• promoting ‘green’ methods of travelling to work, including walking, running, cycling, public transport and low carbon vehicles

• encouraging each other as fellow team members to be aware of our joint responsibilities for environmental issues
• providing environmental training to our employees at least once per year
• supporting employee suggestions that promote sustainability or reduce our corporate impact on the environment.
These responsibilities and the arrangements that support it, will be reviewed at least annually, or more frequently where there have been significant changes to the company or the nature of the company’s activities. - Covid-19 recovery

Logiq is a rapidly growing SME, we have grown from 4 to 60 core staff in 48 months. We are continually creating employment opportunities for suitably qualified candidates regardless of background in the SW region. We are a specialist consultancy providing employment and training opportunities in the high growth area of cyber security where there are known skills shortages. Logiq supports educational attainment for all staff and has underwritten costs for Information Assurance SME (IASME) framework governance training. The IASME framework is designed to help improve the cyber security of SMEs and the wider supply chain.
Logiq provides career guidance and mentoring through its professional practices and supports 2 paid undergraduate cyber security student placements every summer. We have a dedicated graduate recruitment programme which onboards, trains and develops 2 graduates in the field of Cyber Security every year. Additionally, we provide work experience placements for school age children during their half term breaks introducing them to Cyber Security and its risk management.
Logiq has partnered the Tumaini Children’s Charity since 2020. Tumaini is a UK-based charity supporting the educational, social and emotional needs of >500 children many of whom are orphans and refugees. Logiq provides financial support to meet the charity’s IT requirement and a monthly resource commitment to manage and implement this. The charity aims to break the poverty cycle for future generations.
Logiq developed DISX, its own secure collaborative working environment which allows SMEs to engage seamlessly with the MOD and other Government departments. This innovative, low cost solution significantly reduces the barriers to entry for SMEs wanting to work with Government and broadens the available supply chain for government tenders. DISX was designed to manage cyber security risks in the delivery of contracts and was tailored for the demands of the supply chain. - Equal opportunity
